 We originally chose to resell UKFast's ADSL and Internet services due to the fact that their control panel enabled us to manage our own domains and administration needs with as little fuss as possible - it's a level of control that other ISPs simply don't offer. In fact, so happy were we at the level of service we have recieved that we have since signed up to UKFast’s SafeDNS package, which has further enhanced our overall service offering. We are particulary impressed with the speed of UKFast's network and the immediacy with which any technical matters are dealt with. Their technical support team is first class and constantly on-hand when you need them to be. But by far the greatest benefit we have as a UKFast re-seller, is the opportunity to resell ADSL. We have been doing this for nearly a year now and it has proved most beneficial to both Promega Systems Ltd and our customers alike. The ADSL lines provided by UKFast are extremely robust and top of the scale in terms of speed, in particular the 2Mb Net Platinum service, which we have found to be outstanding. We currently have a number of these lines in place, including scenarios where offices are linked together purely by these 2Mb connections, which have been running without any issue since we first began reselling ADSL over a year ago. |
