 Just over a year ago MJR Computer Consultants were being asked if they could provide broadband Internet access, we approached a few companies, some were very helpful, whilst others couldn’t be bothered to answer our questions, but from the first very time we spoke to UKFast they became our immediate choice, the sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable and even the MD was happy to speak to us. We are very impressed with all the ADSL broadband internet packages UKFast offer. Some of our clients can’t believe the speed of their Home Connect Package, saying: “It’s so fast, are you sure we are only connected at 512Kb”. Plus, the speed of getting a customer connected to broadband is incredible. UKFast said the connection would be activated in five days, the client was up and running in just three. MJR Computer Consultants have recently migrated our own broadband connection to UKFast, it wipes the floor with our previous provider, it’s so fast and stable. In our eyes, the Net Platinum 2Mb connection is a clear winner! Plus, the technical support department at UKFast is second to none, after a few rings they answer the phone, no listening to music for hours on end, all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently. UKFast aren’t in the market to provide a cheap and poor service, like the old saying goes, “you only get what you pay for“ - keep up the good work UKFast! |
